Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

  • If a client makes delay for 30 minutes or more to reach at the session center or join an online meeting without any intimation then an amount equal to @50% of total session fees would be charged extra in any case. To avoid the late joining charges, as described, the client must inform the team on the contact no +91-9461923669 at least 2(two) hours before the scheduled appointment else no re-fund or re-scheduling will be allowed.
  • Further, if the client will not give his/her presence at the session center or online meeting after 15 to 20 minutes of the appointed time then only an amount equal to @25% paid by the client will be added as cashback in his wallet which may be used in next appointment.
  • Furthermore, if the client wishes to cancel the appointment or he/she wishes to re-schedule due to any of his personal reason then he/she is required to give atleast 24 hrs. notice in advance to us as it will allow our counsellors/ therapists/ psychologists to use their time productively for others.
Refund Policy

We try our best to create the suitable plan of action for the betterment of our clients. We do not provide any refund for our payment received on services provided by us.
