She is the Director of KPsych Services to devote her life in the field of mental health care, after her retirement. As a director she is the head co-ordinator of all the teams in KPscyh Services. She is also a keen advisor on various aspects and her three decade long experience helps in empowering the teams to work according to the vision of KPsych Services.

Dr. Nilima Bhargava retired as the Associate Professor from Government College Ajmer. She started her career in 1995 as a Lecturer from Government College Kekri and also served in Government Colleges of Jalore and Nasirabad. She has supervised various M.Phil. students and Ph.D. Research Scholars to obtain their degrees under her academically orchestrated guidance. She possesses a strong niche in writing alongside academics and has published various Research Papers in acknowledged journals. She is accredited as author of 4 books. She has also been awarded ‘Rajasthan Hindi Granth Academy Award’ for her excellence in writing.
